There is true beauty and wonder in the simplicity of things. A colofrul sunrise, an unexpected kindness from a stranger, a laughing baby, a job well done. Simple, enjoyable, fulfilling. Like all of these things, creating a fit, healthy body can be straight-forward and uncomplicated. It begins with a true desire to be something different and an internal drive to succeed. Proper physical form, supportive nutrition and impeccable guidance are the cornerstones and everything else flows from there.
From the very beginning, I insist on teaching the basics. Building a strong body is just as much mental as it is physical. It requires serious concentration, focus and intensity. It demands an appreciation for movement and a deep respect for how the body functions. I consistently provide thorough instruction and keep supervision so that we may put together a rock-solid foundation in mind and in body.
The world of fitness is filled with many exciting discoveries and heady challenges; it is a journey of a lifetime. Have a little bit of faith. You will get to your desired destination.
