Christine M. Hardy was born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up in Madison, Wisconsin. Upon returning to Michigan, she earned a B.A. from Albion College (Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and then went on to earn a law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School (graduated with high Distinction). Christine then practiced law full-time for five years. In 2002, she chose to follow her true passion and pursued a career in health and fitness as a personal trainer and contributing writer for various fitness publications.
Christine currently resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan. An amateur competitive bodybuilder, she became the 2007 NPC Great Lakes Lady of Iron Bodybuilding Champion. When she is not in the gym training and motivating clients, she enjoys reading, creative writing and spending quality time with close friends and family.
