Individual Personal Training
Intense, individualized, one-on-one instruction with keen focus on exercise form and technique.  Participants will master basic movements and learn how to combine various exercises for maximum results.

Rates:  $60.00/hour; 18 sessions including a 100% customized nutrition plan:  $990.00

Couples Training
Two people who have similar goals and are at about the same fitness level share the training session.  This option works very well and allows participants to benefit from semi-personal instruction at a reduced cost.

Rates:  $80.00/hr ($40.00/person)

Small Group Training
A maximum of four people comprise a group and receive semi-individualized instruction.  This option works the very best if participants already had some personal training instruction and are at comparable fitness levels.

Rates:  $120.00/hr ($30.00/person)
Weekend Boot Camps

If the weekend is all that you have, then this is just the thing for you!  Super fun, energy-charged, invigorating, results-oriented weight-loss and total body conditioning programs.  These classes are essentially personal training in a group setting. 

Participants receive many of the benefits of personal training at a mere fraction of the cost regardless of fitness level or prior experience with training.

Rates:  $22.00 - $25.00/session
Early- Morning Group Training Classes
Attention early risers . . .  this one is just for you!  Early morning classes begin at 5:00 am and are guaranteed to wake you up faster than a triple shot of espresso!  Wildly energizing and outrageously fun, these programs will keep you going strong all day long.

Rates:  $20.00-$22.00/session
